Face to face appointments will be resuming from Thursday 9th July 2020 at The Melton Wellness House. Due to the current situation, full Covid-19 safety precautions will be in place to ensure your safety. We want your experience to be as comfortable as possible too and would like you to be aware of the following guidelines:
Before you attend your appointment, please monitor your symptoms and if you feel unwell let us know as soon as possible so that we can rearrange your appointment.
Please arrive on your own and only bring with you essential belongings.
We will meet you on arrival and you will be asked to sanitise your hands with hand gel and a mask can be provided or you are of course welcome to wear your own face-covering if you prefer, however this is not a requirement.
In the therapy room, seating will be placed 2 metres apart.
If you have any questions prior to your visit, of course these can be answered during your Free consultation.
During these uncertain times, our anxiety can be triggered even more than usual, therefore appointments are still available either by telephone or online, in a way that suits you from the comfort of your own home. We understand that it may be difficult to get some privacy where you are which is why we offer flexible appointment times to suit you.
This is a service we already offer and it’s perfectly easy to access and just as effective to get some relief from daily worries and stresses, which may be particularly difficult right now.
